We're Hiring

We are looking for a reliable, fun, friendly and organized studio manager. Are you looking for a flexible part-time contract where you can work to shape the systems and workflow of a growing design studio? We are a boutique interior design firm seeking administrative support.

Responsibilities include: 

— Maintaining customer and supplier information 

— Coordinating social media content distribution

— Organizing weekly status meetings

— Preparing purchase orders and tracking order status

— Office and library organization and cleanliness

— Scheduling and participating in trade days and site installations

— Coordinating items for styling and repairs/replacements

— Writing client updates

— General administrative duties

Required skills + experience:

— High attention to detail

— Confident and organized self-starter

— Proficient and accurate with data entry/grammar

— Ability to run and interpret reports

— Strong social media savvy

— Experienced with Mac environment and software

— Knowledge of Basecamp, DesignDocs, AutoCad and WordPress an asset

— Experience in interior design/decor an asset

Preferred hours Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Flexible for the right candidate.
